Kinect Sports: Season Two Joins Games on Demand

11-09-2012

First released to retail in October last year, Rare's most recent title Kinect Sports: Season Two makes its way to the Xbox 360 Games on Demand downloadable service today.

The game contains six motion-controlled sports – Golf, Tennis, Baseball, American Football, Skiing and Darts – determined by popularity and designed to complement the six included in the original Kinect Sports, which itself joined the Games on Demand service earlier this year.

Kinect Sports: Season Two play is further enhanced by voice control, enabling silky-smooth menu navigation and adding an extra dimension to the sports themselves. The icing on the cake for this project was BAFTA triumph in the Sports/Fitness field at the awards ceremony in March 2012.

An ambitious add-on plan also saw Season Two supported by well-received downloadable content (both free and paid) in the months following its launch, culminating in the All Access Pass, a comprehensive bundle of five content packs for 800 Microsoft Points. Anyone who buys and enjoys Season Two can give the experience a sizeable boost by picking up the All Access Pass here.

The Games on Demand version can now be downloaded from Season Two's Marketplace page below, priced $29.99 in North America at the time of writing. Prices vary by territory.
